This 75 minute educational, transformational and movement based workshop is for you if you want to:

1) enhance somatic-body awareness to mitigate a stress response

2) recognize, relax and release “postural shapes” of trauma

3) identify differences in the Fight, Flight or Freeze response patterns

4) learn how specific health issues stem from the stress response and what you can do to help yourself.

5) optimize your health, feel better in your body, find more freedom

2) along with Q and A

3) learn trauma releasing exercises you can do from home

4) gentle, trauma sensitive, restorative yoga or mindful movement for all ages, abilities and limitations,

5) engage your breath and your diaphragm as an ally to relax your stress response
